10-Year Celebration Paddles - Day 7: Trout River - Montgomery to East Berkshire

Join us for Day 7 of our 10-Year Celebration as we paddle the Trout river from Montgomery to East Berkshire, where our two rivers meet together. This day’s paddle details will depend on water levels, but the Trout does provide a fun experience no matter the weather. The upper portions of the Trout river can provide whitewater fun during high water, but can present a shallow-water challenge at other times. Lower sections of the Trout provide a slower-moving, deeper, beginner friendly section which will take us underneath several iconic covered bridges, and offer ample excellent swimming holes to dip in.
